Governor General Performing Arts Awards

As Director of the 2025 Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards, I crafted the narrative, led the creative vision, and directed the full production of this prestigious national celebration. The Awards are Canada’s highest honour in the performing arts and are presented by the Governor General, Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon.

Collaborating closely with producers, designers, choreographers, technical teams, costumers, stage management, and casting, we designed an experience that paid tribute to the nation’s most accomplished artists. Together, we brought to life a ceremony that celebrated artistic excellence and reflected the depth, diversity, and vitality of Canada’s cultural landscape.
